Austin’s journey at Inclusive Fitness started with a clear goal: to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment. From his very first session, his coach created a space where he could work hard, feel supported, and see progress at his own pace.
In the early days, workouts looked a little different from what they do today. Austin faced challenges with a left-side delay that made many exercises difficult. Every session involved close support from Coach Dan: band-assisted squats, hand-over-hand prompts for rows and presses, and steady guidance during farmer’s walks to help him stay steady and strong. Session by session, strength and confidence grew.
Over time, Austin’s strength, control, and independence have transformed.
Today, he works out in a group alongside five other athletes, needing only light guidance on his overhead presses. His confidence fills the room, and his ability to encourage others has become just as powerful as his physical progress.
Coach Dan shared, “Austin has seen himself become stronger and more powerful, and he will never stop believing in himself.”
Austin’s presence is a quiet force of encouragement during every group session.
He’s the one offering a steady nod mid-set, a high-five at the finish, and a reminder of just how strong each athlete truly is — the kind of leadership that keeps the entire group going.
