Buddies & Bagels: Good Workouts, Great Company, and (of course) Bagels!

Some mornings just hit different… and our Buddies & Bagels event was one of them.

The Inclusive Fitness community came together for a day that combined movement, connection, and plenty of good vibes. Athletes invited friends to join them for a fun, low-pressure workout designed to celebrate exactly what Inclusive Fitness is all about: showing up, trying something new, and supporting each other every step of the way.

The workout was filled with cheers, high-fives, and lots of laughter as teams moved through a circuit of exercises together. Whether it was a first visit or a familiar routine, everyone found a way to jump in, move their bodies, and have fun.

Events like this remind us why community matters. Yes, we are here to build strength, but we are just as committed to building a space where every athlete feels welcomed, supported, and celebrated.

After the workout, we shifted gears and gathered for some well-earned post-workout fuel: bagels! Over breakfast, conversations sparked, friendships formed, and the energy from the workout carried right into a morning of easy connection.

Thank you to everyone who came out, brought a friend, and made it a memorable day. We are already looking forward to the next one!
