Semi-Private Sessions
Partner sessions offer individualized coaching within a shared workout. Athletes train side by side with support tailored to their goals, communication styles, and motivators—while gaining the connection and energy of working with a peer. Coaches guide both athletes to stay engaged, supported, and progressing at their own pace. Social interaction is encouraged but never required. This format is great for siblings, friends, or goal-matched peers who enjoy light social engagement with consistent, coach-led structure.
