1:1 Training
Our 1:1 coaching offers personalized support for athletes who benefit from individual attention and consistent structure. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s needs, goals, communication style, and motivators. Coaches adjust everything—from exercises to how feedback is given—so motivation and progress are built into every session. We understand that fitness looks different for everyone, and we build that into each session with intention. This format works well for athletes who prefer a quieter setting or are working toward specific goals. Sessions are offered weekly or multiple times per week, with options to continue long-term or transition into partner or group formats.
