Small Group Sessions
Small Group Sessions offer the energy of training with 2–3 peers while receiving individualized coaching. Athletes follow the same workout, with prompts and strategies tailored to their communication styles, motivators, and support needs. Coaches guide pacing and focus while encouraging social interaction in a calm, supportive setting. This format works well for athletes building confidence around others and following structured routines. Some train only in small groups, while others combine it with 1:1 or partner sessions.
