Large Group Sessions offer the energy and structure of training with 5–8 peers, led by expert coaches who support a wide range of abilities. Athletes follow a clear routine with stations or circuits that promote variety, independence, and engagement. Coaches tailor prompts and pacing so each athlete can participate fully, regardless of communication style or experience. This format suits athletes who enjoy consistent structure and a shared workout space, and may be combined with 1:1 or partner sessions for added support.
