Our 8,700 square foot facility in West Roxbury affords us plenty of space to work with our athletes while also meeting the Massachusetts State Guidelines for social distancing in the fitness setting.

We follow all CDC guidelines every time someone enters our facility to create a clean and healthy environment. Upon entry, we perform temperature checks for all guests. Hand sanitizer stations are positioned throughout the facility and masks are worn at all times by staff members, athletes, coaches, and guests in our facility.

We reinforce the importance of social distancing, wearing masks, and washing hands using signage and recognizable visual markers throughout the facility. We also demonstrate and teach safety skills during each session to ensure the protection of staff members, athletes, coaches, and guests.


We use effective COVID-19 mitigation procedures to minimize exposure to the virus and create a safe in-person experience for everyone. We consistently clean and disinfect our facility and equipment between each session. Each interaction, whether it is a tour, meeting, or training session, is followed by thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the facility, performed by our team members, who have all been trained in the appropriate COVID-19 procedures.

Our coaches and staff are outfitted with all of the appropriate PPE, including nitrile gloves, face shields, and KN95 masks, while working with our athletes. Members of our team have been properly trained to thoroughly disinfect all equipment after each session.


The right equipment is critical to ensuring a safe and healthy environment. We have equipped our facility with top-of-the line disinfecting tools, hospital-grade air purifiers, and high-quality PPE so that all IF athletes, families, and team members are as safe as possible.

In addition to cleaning all high-touch surfaces by hand with antimicrobial cleaning products, we employ a Victory Professional Cordless Electrostatic Handheld Sprayer that provides an electrical charge to solutions, allowing them to wrap conductive surfaces with an effective and even coverage. Double-charged particles envelop all conductive surfaces – shadowed, vertical, and underneath. We are currently using Vital Oxide Commercial Grade Disinfectant Cleaning Solution, which kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, fungus, mold, and mildew at the source and inhibits growth, with no harsh chemicals, non-irritating to skin, and no nauseous fumes. This solution has been approved by the EPA for use against SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19.

We have also installed four Medify 50 CADR H13 HEPA Air Purifier units, each with hospital-grade filters, which circulate and purify our center’s air every 30 minutes. They are tested to remove 99.9% of particles down to 0.1 micron.



We’re closely following state recommendations, and have opted to mirror MA guidelines for schools. We ask that all athletes, family members and caregivers, and coaches continue to wear masks at all times while in the center. The one exception to this would be if you/your family are the only athletes in the center, and you are all fully vaccinated. Coaches will continue to wear masks at all times until we receive further guidance.


Contactless Sign-up and Account Management

We have launched our own Inclusive Fitness account management app, which is built on the fitness industry’s leading back-end technology with Mind Body Online. The app will allow athletes, families, and other caregivers to perform almost all administrative and management tasks – such as completing intake forms, searching for and signing up for sessions, and communicating with staff and coaches, etc. – from their laptop or phone, making contactless interactions fast and easy.
